We hope you are doing well and staying healthy! Wing Tai Trading Co. has strived to maintain the highest service possible at the lowest cost to provide for all your home decor merchandise needs.

We recently made you aware of the situations that have led to difficulties in getting inventory from some of your vendors. These situations have caused Wing Tai's international shipping costs to more than triple and the baseline cost of goods to increase. While we are doing everything we can to minimize the impact this situation will have on our customers, we are now faced with a scenario and scale that we simply could not anticipate.

We do not want to raise our current prices to deal with what we still hope to be a short‐term problem. Our main goal is always to do everything in our power to ensure that the goods you have ordered will be delivered to you. We are now, however, facing further unexpected costs for this year.

Due to the above situation, Wing Tai Trading Co. has no choice but to increase the current Global Shipping Surcharge invoice add-on from 5% to 7.75% for all invoices, invoice effective July 15th. This small increase will allow us to continue to provide products and services to you throughout the year.

Please note that membership level benefits remain unchanged.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to getting back to normal as soon as possible.
